As we continue to search for Fukushima’s undiscovered “fuku” (福) on the fMap, this episode will focus on those residents who have gone the extra mile to help someone else. First, we have a young man who changed the culture of a country through working overseas just to make one girl’s wish come true. We also have a very positive old man (“Posi-chan”) who will do anything he can to help anyone. Lastly, we have a former TEPCO official who loved Fukushima so much that he dropped out of corporate life to open a shop sharing the tastes of Fukushima. These three stories tell of people who have poured their blood, sweat, and tears into their work in Fukushima, not for profit, but for the benefit of others.
