[SYNOPSIS]
It is set in a near future marked by airtight US/Mexico border. A private company has hijacked control of the water supply even for crops in a poor village in Mexico, where Memo lives. He brings misfortune on his family due to his own carelessness. He goes to a big city and becomes a "sleep dealer", who undertakes tasks in the States by remote control.

Alex Rivera
Rivera is a New York-based filmmaker and digital media artist. Over the past five years he has made work that addresses the concerns of the Latino community through a language of humor, satire, and metaphor. His work has been screened at The Museum of Modern Art, The Guggenheim Museum, and Lincoln Center, as well as at film festivals, universities, and union halls across the country. Rivera has received support from various foundations including The Rockefeller Foundation, Creative Capital, and The U.S./Mexico Fund for Culture.

[SYNOPSIS]
In Ecuador, many children start to disappear and be found later buried. Manolo, a TV reporter who is obssessed by this case, instinctively believes the suspect of a separate case is the killer. Manolo, however, does not tell the police his theory, for he needs time to prepare a hot story for the TV show. Manola gradually becomes an indirect accomplice by blinding himself from the evidence and keeping it secret.

Sebastián Cordero
After studying screenwriting at the University of Southern California, Sebastian Cordero returned to Ecuador and directed several music videos and short films. His award-winning debut feature, "Ratas, Ratones, Rateros", premiered at the Venice Film Festival in 1999, and has since shown at over fifty film festivals including Toronto, San Sebastián, Havana, Slamdance, Huelva, Bogota as well as the Trieste and Brussels Latin-American Film Festivals. In Spain, it was nominated for a Goya and in Mexico for an Ariel, both in the Best Foreign Film category.

Gjergj Xhuvani first garnered attention with his short film FUNERAL BUSINESS, which screened at the 1999 Venice Film Festival and won the Grand Prize at the 2000 Montpellier City Film Festival. His debut feature SLOGANS screened at Karlovy Vary and was the first Albanian film to screen at Cannes, where it won the 2001 Young Cinema Award.

[SYNOPSIS]
The Minagawas are on the verge of collapse, due to the car accident caused by Tsutomu, the father approaching his retirement. They are relentlessly demanded compensation by the victim. Noriko, his wife, supports him apologizing to the victim, while his children take a sober look at their parents. Tsutomu suddenly goes to the accident location with a stepladder and cleaning supplies, and starts to wipe the curved mirror. From there, he goes on to wipe all the mirrors in the city and Japan, embarking on a long journey.

Seisoku Kajita
Seisoku Kajita has directed numerous shorts, feature and advertising videos. In 1993, his short film, RANSOM, won numerous awards, prompting his first two features, TATETSUKE NO WARUI HONEGUMI(1994) and KranKe(1996). His short film JOROKU-GEHACHI(1997) won awards at the Tsutaya, Mito, and Yubari Indie Film Festivals, also garnering the Grand Prix from Perfect TV Star Channel. His most recent work includes advertising videos for Pal Enterprise entitled CROSS-TALK and ROLE-PLAYING GAME.
