電話をします [DENWA O SHIMASU]

I'll make a phone call.
DENWA is "telephone". O is a particle indicating the object of an action. SHIMASU is a verb that means "to do something."
You can use the MASU form of verbs not only to talk about what you are doing in the present, but also about what you will do in the future.
