あります [ARIMASU]
to have (an experience)
In addition to experiences, we can also use ARIMASU, to talk about having something abstract such as time or opportunities.
In Lesson 7, ARIMASU meant "something exists, or there is/there are." In Lesson 9, it meant "an event is held."
