Konpira-san

The shrine also known as Kotohira-gu in Kagawa prefecture on the island of Shikoku is a walk up 785 stone steps on Mount Zozu, a landmark for seafarers navigating the tricky waters of the Seto inland sea and home to this traditional place of worship for sailors and families alike.
