"In Japan, batting cages in Japan aren't here to improve your home run average. They are entirely for stress relief." ―Bryan
Batting cages are a wonderful invention and I urge all visitors to go to one. Especially if you are from the UK like Bryan, where baseball is almost non-existant. I can certainly see the attraction of letting off some steam by smacking some balls, but trust me the pitches come in fast! After a few air swings, I felt my stress levels heading back up!
