Chicken Wing Kara-age with Lettuce Wraps

Ingredients (Serves 2)

Chicken wing Kara-age
6 lettuce leaves
1/2 scallion (naganegi onion)

dipping sauce:
30 g red miso
2 tbsp mayonnaise
1tsp chinese hot chili oil

Directions

  1. 1. Remove the bones from your chicken wing Kara-age to leave just the meat.
  2. 2. Cut the lettuce leaves to make them round. Cut the scallion into long, thin strips.
  3. 3. Place all the ingredients for the dipping sauce in a bowl and mix together.
  4. 4. Arrange all the ingredients on a serving plate. Wrap the chiken and scallion with the lettuce at the table.
