1/2 ginger flower bud (myoga)
1/4 Japanese cucumber
1/3 celery stalk with the fibers along its length removed
1/4 carrot
1/4 red bell pepper
1/4 yellow bell pepper
Ginger Dressing:
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp ponzu
1 tbsp sesame oil
