Soboro Scrambled Eggs with Rice
Tamago soboro gohan
- Ingredients (Serves 2)
3 pinches salt
1 tsp sugar
300 g cooked rice
sesame oil, to taste
powdered sansho pepper, to taste
1. Break the eggs into a bowl and beat well, seasoning with salt and sugar.
2. Heat a non-stick frying pan well then turn the heat to low and add the egg mixture, and fry using a stirring motion with 4 long chopsticks.
3. Put some rice in a bowl and cover it with the scrambled egg.
4. Sprinkle with a desired amount of sesame oil and sansho pepper to taste.
