Rika's Chicken Wing Kara-age

Rika ryu Tebasaki Kara-age

Ingredients (Serves 2)

8 chicken wings
2 tbsp nam pla (Thai fish sauce)
grated garlic
coarse salt
4 tbsp corn starch
oil for deep frying
1/4 lemon


  1. 1. In a bowl, combine the nam pla, salt, and grated garlic.
  2. 2. Add the chicken wings and toss to coat.
  3. 3. When the chicken wings are completely coated with the sauce, sprinkle on the potato starch to coat.
  4. 4. Deep fry the chicken wings for 7–8 minutes in oil preheated to 160°C.
  1. 5. Garnish with a lemon wedge and serve.
