Western-style Chicken Soboro
A versatile chicken soboro recipe great for pastas, salads, or simply putting on toast. Add a pinch of cumin for a Western kick!

Ingredients (Makes one batch)
- 300 g ground chicken
- 100 g black olives (pitted)
- 3 cloves garlic
- A pinch of cumin powderNote
- Baguette (thin slices), as desired
- Parsley, as desired
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- Salt, as needed
- Pepper, as needed
Mince the olives and garlic.
Add the olive oil and garlic to a frying pan and stir-fry over medium-low heat until aromatic.
Add the ground chicken and stir-fry over medium heat until crumbly. Mix in the olives and season with salt and pepper. Add cumin powder to boost the aroma.
Serve on top of sliced baguettes and garnish with shredded parsley (serving suggestion).
Will keep in a food storage container for 2-3 days in the refrigerator.
