Ingredients (Serves 2-3)

  • 400 ml dashi
  • 1 tbsp miso
  • 1/2 pack natto (chopped)
  • 1 bag nameko mushrooms
  • 1/2 atsuage (diced)

Bring the dashi to a gentle boil and dissolve the miso. Add the natto, nameko and atsuage, and simmer briefly.
