Cabbage and Soybeans Simmered in Rice Vinegar

Ingredients
- 1/2 head cabbage (approx. 600 g)
- 1 can soybeans (in water) (140 g)
- Rice vinegar
- Olive oil
- Salt
- Pepper

Roughly chop the cabbage, rinse and then drain using a strainer. Drain the soybeans.

Add the cabbage and soybeans to a stock pot. Add 50 ml of rice vinegar, 2 tbsp of olive oil, 2/3 tsp of salt, and 1/3 tsp of pepper. Bring to a boil.

Cover and steam over low heat for 15 minutes.
