Ingredients

  • 1 chikuwa
  • 1 pack natto (small) (30 g)
  • 1/2 tsp yuzukosho
  • 1/2 tsp soy sauce

Directions

Cut the chikuwa into 2-3 mm thin slices and plate up.

Top with natto and 1/2 tsp of yuzukosho. Drizzle 1/2 tsp of soy sauce and mix thoroughly.
