Spicy Hot Tuna and Natto
A blend of Japanese and Chinese seasonings packs a punch in this spicy dish.

- 80 g tuna (sashimi grade, cubed)
- 1 pack natto (small) (30 g)
- 1/4 tsp doubanjiang
- 1 tsp soy sauce
If necessary, cut the tuna into 1.5 cm cubes. Plate up and garnish with natto. Serve with doubanjiang and soy sauce. Mix thoroughly and enjoy!
