TV's 50th Anniversary Commemoration "Special Talk: Always TV/Much More TV"
On Saturday, March 22, a talk show to commemorate the 50th anniversary of television will take place at the NHK Hall in Shibuya, Tokyo. Prominent figures that have lived with and created TV will talk about the 50 years of TV history and the future of television, discussing their own experiences and related accounts.
This show will also unlock "what television is" in an enjoyable manner, weaving together the topics of "a history of TV technology development" by the Science & Technical Research Laboratories and "TV audience research" by the Broadcasting Culture Research Institute.
The event is scheduled for broadcast on the BS-1 channel, 10:00 p.m. to 11:00 p.m., on Saturday, March 29. |
