| A total reconstruction, suitable of being called the "new
STRL," will spearhead the advancement from the analog to the digital
era. Looking at the magnificent completion image of the new STRL, I think
of what kind of dreams will be researched there as post-ISDB technology.
Media development will be greatly rely on the cooperation between the eyes of scientific and those of the liberal arts. I sincerely hope that this "letter from Kinuta" will grow into a beloved interface of science and liberal arts, technology and humanity. For it will initiate a new wind and seed a new trend leading researchers into the 21st century of broadcasting. |
