Total Reconstruction of STRL The total reconstruction of the STRL started in April 1999, and has been progressing smoothly. Steel framing up to the top floor (14th floor) had been completed by the end of October, and a framework raising ceremony was held on December 11 last year. The next process will be construction of the exterior wall. This new STRL building is scheduled for completion by the end of October, 2001.
