お誕生日おめでとう [OTANJÔBI OMEDETÔ]
Happy Birthday!
OTANJÔBI is a polite expression with TANJÔBI (birthday), and the honorific O before it. If you want to say it even more politely, you can say OTANJÔBI OMEDETÔ, and add GOZAIMASU after it.
