Digital Media in the Age of “Social Distancing”

Educational content now makes increasing use of diverse digital media. The use of such media can connect people around the world, reducing “distance” in all its many forms for direct communication and information sharing. New challenges, however, are also being encountered in areas ranging from the difficulties of using digital technology to the blurring of boundaries between the real and virtual. This session examines the latest trends discovered in this year’s Digital Media Division and will discuss future possibilities.
