[Jury Comments]
Utilizing all types of media including broadcast, a homepage, e-mail, CD-ROM, telephone and print, the overall interactivity make it possible to delve into a theme comprehensively. It is well designed, using satellite to connect high schools all over the US and actors to play historical characters who answer student questions directly. The producing foundation had been engaged primarily in the management of a museum and the jury found the project to be valuable in changing the way of history education in the US by going beyond traditional boundaries and making multilateral use of cutting edge media technology.
