| [About the Program and the Multimedia Content] This program is targeted at elementary school children and intends to provide a fun way of learning English as a foreign language using the amusing wizard Wizadora. The CD-ROM is related to the program and helps children learn basic computer operation and basic words and appropriate grammar for everyday conversation. It also provides exercises on the individual level. |

| [Jury Comments] Although it employs various techniques, both the program and CD-ROM are compiled in a simplistic way overall. Funny and appealing characters help draw and maintain the child's enthusiasm for voluntary learning. It also uses challenging and innovative methods, such as keeping written information to a minimum to improve listening ability. This CD-ROM would be helpful for efficient teaching as the teacher can monitor the entire class while checking the progress of individual students. |
