  1. 1. In a bowl, stir the glutinous rice flour (shiratamako), then add the silken tofu and mix in thoroughly.
  2. 2. Form the mixture into balls about 10 g each, and press a small dimple into each. Place in boiling water and cook for 2–3 min, or until they float.
  3. 3. Transfer the dumplings to cold water to cool, then strain.
  4. 4. Remove the strawberry stems and cut into slices about 2 mm thick.
  1. 5. Arrange the strawberries, dumplings, and red bean paste in small bowls and serve.
