Tuna with Natto(Fermented Soy Beans)

Ingredients (Serves 2~3)

1 block of tuna for sashimi
1 pack daikon radish sprouts
2 packs chopped natto (fermented soy beans)
2 tsp nikiri mirin
2 tsp soy sauce
wasabi paste

Directions

  1. 1. Cut the tuna into slices and briefly dip in hot water, then transfer to ice water to chill.
  2. 2. Strain the tuna and cut into bite-sized pieces.
  3. 3. Cut the daikon radish sprouts into easy-to-eat pieces.
  4. 4. Stir the chopped natto and add the nikiri mirin, soy sauce, and wasabi paste, and continue stirring to mix them in.
  1. 5. Add the cut daikon radish sprouts and tuna to the natto mixture and briefly mix together, and serve.
