Directions

  1. 1. Partially peel the cucumber removing alternate lengthwise strips of skin (or if the skin is thick, peel it completely) and slice it thinly.
  2. 2. Slice the chikuwa into 2-3 mm thick rings.
  3. 3. Mix a desired amount of wasabi paste with the mayonnaise. Add the cucumber and chikuwa and mix it all together well.
