Directions

  1. 1. Peel the carrot and wrap it with plastic wrap, then microwave it for 5 minutes.
  2. 2. After microwaving, remove the plastic wrap and cut the carrot into pieces about 2 cm thick, then put the pieces in a blender.
  3. 3. Add the milk, salt, and sugar, and blend.
  4. 4. Transfer to serving bowls. Sprinkle with olive oil and chopped parsley and serve.
